The project deals with the topic of designing the city image and representing Belgrade, with a focus on forming new relations between towers and their environment, as well as towers and the city. New towers have multilayered character which enables them to always be perceived differently on the silhouette of the city. This feature allows them to become a new symbol which acts as a magnet for users. Horizontal part of each tower is formed as a housing area, providing privacy to its inhabitants and clear lines of sight on the city. On the other hand, vertical part is a public area with office, entertainment, or cultural content.
