"The Line of Illumination" - Interaction Design / Performance. Viewers are introduced into a darkened room, given an oddly shaped object, and directed towards a small glowing dot on the wall. Upon reaching the dot, they are told to insert the object into the stream of light. The concentrated light beam fills the bulb shaped object (3D printed using glow in the dark plastic) thus iluminating the entire room. The viewer is told to leave and the next is invited in. The installation was created as a study of interaction with line and light physics, as well as using interactive art as a form of drawing.
