The Mutoid Waste Company is a group of nomad artists and performers founded by Joe Rush and Robin Cooke in the mid-eighties in London which is known throughout the world mainly for works of art made with industrial waste.
The book tells the story of the company through photographs and interviews as if it were a means of traveling on the road: from the first years in London, to the various tours around Europe, to the final settlement in the yard of Santarcangelo di Romagna, in Italy, where a large number of members currently live and are integrated in the local community.
