Arvato - integrated online campaign

Concept. Copy. Art direction. Presentation.

Arvato Services - a company dealing with outsourcing of IT and call center operators - was searching for a way of reaching young people, especially students. I have created an online/offline campaign built around the idea of perfect career start. Banners and website showing examples of funny and poorly executed CVs and resumes - which are often shared by young people - were created to generate viral effect and direct users to the Arvato website. Due to the company's offer and the tools available on the website - such as HR testes, professional help with resume, company's blog created by employees - the site was positioned as the best place to start the career and avoid "the big job mistake".

The second aim of the campaign was to create a website for Arvato's clients - companies looking for temporary expert employees and IT solutions. I have created a website with a convenient tool ensuring quick and efficient browsing of the Arvato's offer.
