As part of my role as Marketing Operations Director at Insurance Market Pte Ltd in Singapore one of my biggest projects was the website. Together with the development team I have created the marketing front end of the website in Q3, 2016.

In 2017 I lead the project to revamp the website usability and look and feel to make it more personal and human focussed. I have managed the front-end and back-end designer together with the in-house development team to revamp the operating website and e-commerce platform.

Next to that I was responsible for the content management, social media channels, and customer experience.

I have written articles and was responsible for the content management part of the website. I have worked together with industry experts to gather articles, proofread them and made them optimized for SEO and humans to read. Next to that I have selected the images, since an images speaks more than a 1000 words. 

Individual product page

From a customer experience point of view I have advised on the flow of the e-commerce platform and worked on the specific wordings per question based on feedback and tracking of the CRO.
