Project Tracker Concept
An interactive Project/People Tracker concept that allows the individual to peek into each team members’ active projects. The user is able to click through multiple levels in the tracker, ie. Overall, Project, Pillars, and Individuals views. The top left and bottom right corners are legends displaying the project distribution and pillars by colors which is reflected in the center of the visualization. The top right corner shows the active name, role, number of projects, time spent, and miscellaneous information on the individual or group. The bottom left corner showcases the time frame in which the user is able to scroll through to view the months of work,
The outer small circles represents all of the team members on the team. Each individual small circle contains a number that represents the number of working projects they are on. The next inner tier represents the amount of dedicated hours the team member have worked on the project. The nodes are connected by ‘tentacles’ that link to the inner project circles. Each outer rim section within the project circles are made up of the number of members working on the project. Inside the circle is the number of hours and the name of the project.
