Hammer Construction
I worked with Hammer Construction, a retail construction company based in Portsmouth, NH, to design and develop their responsive website. Hammer Construction works with luxury retailers like Suit Supply, Saje Natural Wellness, La Perla, and Serena & Lily, to bring their retail locations to life. Even though Hammer Construction had a solid client base, the team was concerned that their dated website resulted in missed opportunities with potential clients.
Our goal for the project was to redesign Hammer Construction’s website to appeal to major retail and restaurant brands, primarily along the east coast. The Hammer Construction team wanted a responsive website with a content management system to help internal users keep the site up to date.
We approached the project with our usual process. After research and discovery was complete, we worked with the client and copywriter to develop the sitemap and content outline. Then we moved into wireframing, then into visual design, and finally into development.
We launched the website at thammerinc.com in 2017. The website continues to serve the company and is regularly updated by the Hammer Construction team.
