Chipperfield uses beautiful hand crafted materials to celebrate the expansive spaces and minimalist design aesthetic. The project has 7 units consisting of 2 townhouses with private backyards, 4 large units (2 per floor), and 1 two story penthouse. There is as a garage with private parking for each unit.
