London Fashion Museum
Identity design for the London Fashion Museum, formerly known as the Fashion and Textile Museum, in London, England. The logomark
is inspired by ornate mirrors; the idea being that mirrors show us a reflection of ourselves, our fashion choices, and are essential to styling and putting together a look. As a lockup the logomark lives separately from the museum name. For the identity collateral, such as the stationary, the mark uses metallic foil stamping to evoke the reflective quality of mirrors. When used for the exhibition graphics the mark
is used as an image container for video and photography and serves as a frame when used for the institution graphics.
