Trontz was brought on in the beginning stages of a product line extension for the parent company, Trim Healthy Mama (THM). The already loved and incredibly pure skin care and personal care line was originally created by the parent company’s close friends, Kit Naturals. When THM mentioned the products in their NY Times best-seller, their community went crazy for the all natural skin care products, which left Kit Naturals with issues meeting the heavy demand. Kit Naturals then partnered with THM and a new brand was born.

Trontz worked closely with the THM/THN team to source environmentally friendly components at a low cost to help keep the product line’s end retail costs down. The brand was developed along with a product launch strategy to keep in line with the original company’s core principles of producing a perfectly pure product contained in non-toxic packaging.

Outcomes:
With over 10 years of experience focused in the natural products industry, Trontz’s extensive knowledge and relationships with vendors across the country has saved the company 10’s of thousands of dollars on every run. In one instance, we were able to reduce the cost per component from $1.03 down to $.67, saving the company over $33,500 on one run for just one sku.
