Redesigning and developing the eCommerce website was the first phase in an extensive rebranding strategy which includes the rebuilding of the company's  internal operations. Within the first three months of launch the number of web orders increased by 84% generating a 125% increase in sales per month. Email marketing initiatives resulted in an average open rate of 23% with an average click-through rate of 3.7%.
