The book 'The Living Ocean' was published in 1999 and is originally written by Boyce Thorne-Miller. The book is a research-based study on marine biology.
Considerations
The target audience of contents of the book would be students and people deeply interested in marine biodiversity. Considerations of my reproduction of sections of the original book include the legibility of the typeface, visual hierarchy and book type.
Assignment Aim
Plan, develop and produce a printed book that illustrates an ability to develop real world design solutions and design effectively with type.
