Museum of Dreams

The Museum of Dreams is a fictitious museum that curates dreams. The logo, letter head, envelope and zines were meant to reflect the fun and surreal imagery from dreams.

The museum’s invitation letter head includes a small, one-page zine. The visitor flips through the dream like a mini storybook and reveals a poster of the illustration that will be a part of the museum’s exhibit.

The following illustrations are revealed to the visitor once the zine has been flipped open. Each were painted in accordance to the dream's storyline.

it was set in a floating city
like in bioshock infinite
I vaguely remember having a twin brother
and living in cardboard boxes because we only had a mother who wasn’t well off
and i remember pet rats
or at least friendly street rats

so i was eating char kuey teow
but for some reason the prawns were a bright red
i was having dinner with friends and my sister
when giant catfish broke out of their giant tank and began to swim towards us
they stole my dinner
i was really pissed and proceeded to hunt them for the rest of the dream

i was standing in front of a very tall wall
(like in attack on titan)
i could see the tops of a humongous tree from behind it
when the blue heads of the goddesses peeked out from the leaves as they stood up and readied their bows
she was a titan sized Hindu goddess,
with cobolt blue skin and lots of jewellery
