GeoMarketing for wholesalers and distributors

A GeoMarketing app focused on providing wholesalers and distributors with map-based information to find new opportunities to expand based on areas where they already serve and expand or optimize the existing sales team.

After the research phase, it becomes clear how the wholesalers and distributors (partners) use printed maps to support, find, and manage their deliveries and the sales team. I worked with the PO of the project, running sprint cycles of wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interviews, to validate the proposed functionalities. Between the design cycles, I was directly involved with the dev team to provide the user interface and experience validation to deliver the product features as planned.
Overview of the process
✅ During the research on-site we take a photo of a printed map with pins and lines, this map helps the manager plan and segment the commercial team and the cargo distribution trucks over the city;
After interview the Sales team we start a Internal review and brainstorming section with the product team and the business owner to conceptualize the solution;
Wireframes dashboard variants was generated for internal review and customer feedbacks
The Project lead was challenged to prepare a proved of concept of the possibility to visualize a live data based on their existing ERP;
V1 - Prove the concept with real data integrated (daily updates) at the Client ERP.




V2 - Moving towards the High Fidelity designs 
Feedbacks from clients and partners collected via Intercom and Face to Face Interview help us to create several improvements and new services.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Improvements like a small bootstrap structure for the entire app pages to make the experience more consistent were also planned since the day of the development of the product.

Interface experiments and micro interactions for user testing were performed during refinements of the high-fidelity design one more time with the sales team.

We also identified the opportunity to explore the mobile version of the product, but due to some technical constraints at that time (2017), the customer decided not to prioritize this initiative.​​​​​​​
