Lily, the archer
The impetuous mouse daughter of the Mayor of Barksburg, Lily has undertaken countless exciting excursions into the castle. Though she can hold her own in that dangerous place, the castle has become a more fearsome location since the arrival of Vanestra.
Many of Barksburg's finest rangers have chosen to brave the wilds rather than venture into the stone walls of the humans, but Lily refuses to relinquish the treasures held within the castle, despite the fearful protestations of her mother.
Tilda, the healer
Years ago, King Andon's army searched through a ruined village burnt to the ground by dragons. Among the smoldering dwellings they found a crying baby girl swaddled in soot-covered blankets. The soldiers cared for the baby on their march back to the castle. Upon their return, King Andon gave the child to the pious healers of the Order.
The priestesses named her Tilda and raised her as one of their number, and thus she became a skilled healer. Tilda's survival was seen as a good omen, and when she was deemed old enough, the King requested she serve as the royal family's personal healer.
Collin, the prince
Prince Collin is King Andon's only son and therefore heir to the throne. He is a mere lad of nineteen, yet he has proven himself to be strong and courageous. Throughout the kingdom it is whispered that Collin shows all the signs of a natural leader, and many have marveled that the youth shows great kindness and humility despite being raised without a mother.
