CGX Ottawa 2018 Schedule
A schedule template designed for the CGX Ottawa event. The first is a Letter sized (8.5" x 11"), given to conference attendees at CGX Ottawa 2018.
Designed to be able to be read at a glance, so that conference attendees may quickly get the desired information.
There were four different tracks occurring simultaneously that weekend. In order to condense all the information onto a single page I used color codes to indicate locations. I also grouped events occurring at similar times using bold lines.
CGX Ottawa Door Schedule
20" X 30" Posters placed outside each lecture hall where the various talks were occurring.
The sample given here is the schedule outside the room where the Art Track took place.
CGX Game Key Cards
Post Card sized (5" x 3.5"). These are free game keys handed out to conference attendees. These are samples of game keys I have designed for CGX Montreal 2017.
The front side of the Game Key Cards are the same, with each game getting a unique back. I did not design the graphics used such as: logos, backgrounds. I merely arranged the elements on the cards.
I used the consolas font for the game keys to ensure that it was clear what each character was and to avoid confusing 1 and l, which look similar in certain fonts. It also maintained the modern, sleek technological feel of video games.
Please take note that the "keys" seen here are filler text and will not work.
