UAE Real Estate market is really competitive. And I'm sure that all the players on the market have one common auditory of clients. All of them have the same goal — to find the best property they want. All competitors has a Search on Map page. So, we decided that we need to add it too.

First of all we decided to save as much as possible space on screen for map and search results.

Optional search inputs are closed.

After search query has sent, all secondary inputs are closing.
But we add some small extra indicators that shows to user about chosen, but hidden search options.

Search form

We had to save space, so we decided to put all inputs.

All inputs titles and measurement units are form one search phrase - <Type deal> + <Property Type> + <Locations> + <Bedrooms> + <Price range>.

So, to users it looks pretty easy and familiar: "I want to rent a residential land in Dubai Marina Bay Resort with 2 bedrooms, the price from 100 000 000 to 300 000 000 AED per year".

Draw location

Dubai is international city. There are thousend of expats, included the newcomers. Some of them might not know the Dubai locations names or wanted to find property in some specifics areas, like near to new office, school, etc.

So, user just can draw specific area on map and get results for it.
