Craigslist offers service to over 570 cities in 70 countries, most commonly used in the United States. The 23 largest U.S. cities listed on the Craigslist home page collectively receive more than 300,000 postings per day just in the “for sale” and “housing” sections as of October 2011. Updates to how the website's interface could improve overall usability for all users? First making a lucid navigation so there is no unsure journey. Hierarchy needs to be clear-cut to improve the accessibility and provide user satisfaction.

The objective was for the usability to be the most effortless journey, having the user feel like they accomplished everything they wanted .
