I led discovery, scoping, research, and design for this purchase order application.
The business goal was to reconcile the needs of legacy users with modern web development and user experience considerations for new users.
● Planned and conducted on-site observational research, user interviews and usability testing
● Iterated design to accommodate changing business requirements and research findings
● Organized collaboration sessions to leverage UX team collective knowledge
● Developed HTML/CSS prototypes for demos and usability testing
● Analyzed and presented usability text results, and integrate the findings into a new iteration
● Presented findings and recommended designs to product manager and development teams, and handed off design specs using Invision and user stories in Jira.
