Balabit is a Hungarian security firm specialising in the development of IT security systems and related services that help businesses reduce the risk of data breaches associated with privileged accounts. Balabit is a leading provider of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions that monitor and analyse user behavior to mitigate the risk of data breaches through privileged accounts. Their integrated solution neutralises hacks and offers unprecedented IT oversight by detecting the traits that signify a malicious presence within your network. The company claims to have more than 1,000,000 corporate users worldwide and operates globally with offices across the United States and Europe, together with network of reseller partners.
In 2017 I was commissioned by the Hungarian digital company Dotindot to redesign the existing career section of the Balabit homepage. The company wanted to see a generally fresh and lightsome reinterpretation of the career user interface. They wanted to conserve their main brand elements, their emblematic logo and frosty blue colour. In order to maintain the company's original presence I only suggested the upgrade of their blue tone, with adding a powerful graphical element and a spiffy typography, in order to achieve a more fresh but yet modern visual outcome.
Unfortunately, for some reason, the project was not realized in the end. The featured design is only a proposal.
