After researching trends for AW 2019/2020 3 trends were very apparent on WGSN they were, FREESTYLE, PURPOSE FULL AND LIGHT MAGIC. They had different colours, tones and textures.  FREESTYLE is a youthful brightly coloured palette that is playful and energetic.
PURPOSE FULL uses classic tones and vintage retro colours. LIGHT MAGIC is inspired by mysteries and adventures; it is mainly dark with bright flashes. The style I was most drawn to was LIGHT MAGIC.

Light Magic is very reminiscent of fantasy and science fiction movies is very metallic and Industrial with classic fashion undertones. I have chosen some of the colours from their colour scheme and chosen a grey silver, blue steel and a pink copper colour as core metallic colours. I have also chosen some vibrant metallics colours which are a metallic pink and metallic green. I think these could maybe be used as a bright trim or stitching.
