Gitano
Branding and Identity
Gitano is branding for a Surf Company I did as part of my final year in my degree. I wanted to create something fresh and different, which really related to the original surf culture back in the 70s, hence the tag line 'Jazzin' the Glass'. 



This is the mural designed to splash across the back wall of the store. Not only fitting in with the surf theme and culture of the store, the male and female images at either end of the mural indicate where the merchandise and changing rooms are for each gender.
The website was designed to imitate the shopping experience: I wanted people to feel what it would be like to actually enter the store, look at the clothes and try them on. I wanted this to be fun and also connect the online user with the experience of being in the actual store, allowing them to interact with it, and see the racks, shelves and even the big mural as it would be on the back wall.
