I did what I did with my flag because Honolulu is a very colorful and flowing city, but also very simple. And so I incorporated everything about Honolulu, how it is centered around the triangle with the orange strip being a volcano and Honolulu ultimately was made because of the volcanos, and the blue stroke represents the beautiful waterfalls and ocean that surrounds and is a big part of the Honolulu culture. the outside green represents the forests and wildlife in Honolulu because it is a very green city and this color was incorporated in the past flag a lot so i know it is important.
