Within COM 490, Web Design and Usability, our team researched, discussed and articulated studies in regards to improving Gladish Community & Cultural Center.
Background:
Gladish is a community organization that provides event space to the Palouse in Pullman, Washington. To accomplish this mission, Gladish uses http://gladishcommunity.loadersequence.com as a medium for booking events keeping track of their tenants. Gladish wanted a usability test done on their website so they could know how to better construct their future remodel of the website.
