These projects started with a problematic, the client had lots of new features and different ways to achieve a goal but the end users were not really aware of these. My first challenge was how to engage the end user through storytelling and incite them to interact more with the application. After all it was a powerful tool not being used to its fullest.

Over the course of just a couple of months we saw an increase of interaction of the client with the application
Positioning our application among state schools was mayor win for Santillana, our tool was well know for its versatility and these explainer videos helped showcase its potential and put our brand above competitors.
