Since the 2000s, the professional situation of young people in Switzerland has been deteriorating progressively. In 7 years, 130% more young adults are benefiting from a state financial help. Loss of purpose, low school level, addiction to substances and difficult family situations are all difficulties for the insertion of young adults in the professional world.
Jobtrek is a Swiss foundation that helps to provide a future and hope for young people without any completed vocational training, aged 15 to 25. We strategically positioned them in the trekking language. Jobtrek is a sherpa that guides every beneficiary, called a trekki, to the summit: their insertion in the professional world. The website’s design contains graphical trail paths and is structured with a strong and established identity giving it a professional look and inspiring confidence.
