Envío Divino is a florist shop in Mexico City who wanted to improve their customer experience. I developed different printed and digital assets to generate a comprehensive and personalized experience throughout the entire purchase process.
I re designed every printed asset for the delivery process, creating personalized cards, stamps, postcards and the box where customers received their flowers. 
An important part of the communication strategy consisted in developing graphic pieces for different temporalities and digital platforms, from banners for the online store to Google Ads and Social Media postings. 
Another key aspect was the creation of personalized newsletters to let the customer know in a fresh and fun way in what stage of the purchasing process they were. This is how "The Ninjas" arose, illustrated characters in charge of preparing, delivering and ensuring the quality of the order and the delivery:
