My chosen movie for this project was Arrival. In poster 1 I simplified the symbol by making it into a silhouette. In poster 2 I removed the background and unnecessary distractions and made a silhouette of the character. Lastly, in poster 3 I created silhouette of the people in the scene and incorporated the background of the scene where they were looking into the space craft into the block like structure in the poster. In posters 1 and 3 I used a uneven space like texture to create a sense of wonder while making it look unusual and not clean. In poster 2 I used a cloudy texture to show the mystical and not earthly properties of the alien.
