Regenerative design project takes place in an previous urban factory which is transformed into private residences. The characteristics of the existing architecture is emphasized as well as maintaining the highly functional aesthetics overall. 

Project goal was to deliver three (3) views of the living spaces and one (1) cinematic animation roughly 30 seconds long to walk through the entire unit.
