‘Pertarungan dan Keseimbangan’ (‘Fighting and Balance’) is a pattern design project inspired by the two most powerful Balinese deities that are locked in a perpetual battle for equilibrium. Carefully maintaining the delicate balance of the universe are Barong and Rangda, spirits of protection and destruction, one never triumphing over the other and both being equally important in the Balinese culture.
