The following images are a part of a "Use only Inkscape project" I did a while ago. It was purely for fun and the restrictions were deliberate.

I wanted to draw in such a way that all nodes and vectors snap to a square grid. This is why all lines and shapes conform to obvious constraints.

I wanted to see how hard it would be (or not) to draw this way. Also, lines are all of the same stroke width and strokes have the same termination style. Everything is deliberately drawn in a flat 2D style.
