The development is a mixed-use scheme for a well known London University, containing 5 buildings of both Student Accommodation, Residential and Office Space. The Paper-Craft model was an artistic interpretation of the plans and elevations the architects drew up for the scheme – which will be build in London, and is estimated to be completed in 2020.

I tried to make the model as accurately as possible, including every single miniature tree, door and balcony of the original design. This was to aid the architects, project managers and the client, both during planning, design and operational stages, as well as serving as a stunning presentation tool. All 5 buildings are detachable from the base, revealing the floor plan (complete with car-park an courtyard) underneath.

The model stands at approximately 40cm tall, and is built on an A2 platform.
The entire model is made out of paper and took about a month to complete.
