Description + Concept:
From the first conceptual sketches, the house was conceived according to the specifications of using steel as the dominant construction material and with a low budget available the clients wished for an inexpensive house with a maximum of spatial and aesthetic qualities.
Due to land-shape restrictions, the garage had to be placed in the heart of the composition, therefore big openings in the communal spaces play a central role to the creation of visual impact both from the inside to the outside and vice versa, to guarantee a continuous passage of air and light throughout the space and at the same time provide compositional balance.  Smaller openings in the private spaces of the house, ensure light and air circulation taking advantage of their south-west orientation, and the fact that the northern side is eventually protected/blocked by the garage.
