Identity Design / Thesis / In Transit*

[Transit spaces are places of void_
where society is being tested_
And that is my point of departure_]

How do you encourage someone to steal art in the name of art?

Final major project at London College of Communication, MA in Graphic Branding and Identity.
Branding a community of strangers, that collaborates together to present art in public transit spaces.
Architectural transit spaces such as staircases, corridors, and elevators encourage human movement.
Their aim is to clearly “move” us. They suggest a world of flow and adventure; within them, we are travelers and not dwellers. Moreover, they suggest a paradox; on one hand, they encourage human movement, allowing people to move freely in them, emboldening our purpose in life to go forward.  On the other hand, these spaces do not give us the opportunity to pause and therefore it is difficult to define them. As a result, the connection between man and place is questioned. This paradox exists in every architectural structure; it is their core essence and their aim,
is to “bridge” places inside a building.
What happens when this paradox happens? How does it affect us,
and how should we or can we confront its consequences?
My brand is a discursive idea, it suggests a radical social plan that aims
to criticizes our human nature and discourse the relations of man and his environment today.

My brand manifesto: "We are a workshop of thieves"
How do you encourage someone to steal art in the name of art?
