‘Wasgij’ - Rebranding
‘Wasgij’ is a very popular puzzle series made by Jumbo, a major board game company in Holland. I was asked to help rebrand their product so there was not a lot of initial design work involved. The brief consisted of an improved version of a crystal ball with hands, rendered in 3 distinctive colours Cyan, Magenta and Yellow.
The idea was that the company could easily insert different images into the templates so I created this in Photoshop where the ‘Illustration layer’ was the only layer the local design team had to switch out. Each picture shows the document as it was delivered on the left with an identical version on the right that has a sample illustration inserted. Logo and typography were added to the box art by the creative team of Jumbo.
