At launch, we start on the People Search screen. You can also switch to the full company organizational chart.
The People app offers predictive search capabilities, access to colleague's profiles, and functions with other apps that E*TRADE uses.
Swipe to the left on a search result to access quick-actions.
On a user's own profile page, they can also upload an avatar from their camera roll or take a new picture directly in the app. They can also customize their About Me section.
The Org Chart section allows users to not only search for someone within the organization, but tap, pinch, and swipe around to explore people at E*TRADE.
