Located on the site containing an abandoned preexisting concrete structure, the agency needed a dynamic and innovative space, creating a non-dissociable relationship between the old and the new project. The program is developed considering the workplace for the creative team, which includes offices, conference rooms, photographic studio, library, lounge, service and storage areas, gallery, restrooms and built-in parking. The new prefabricated building system is based on serial modulation and materials that allowed quick assembly were used: steel, glass and panels. The panels were chosen for their rigidity, versatility and low weight, allowing easy transportation and changes in the future.
