I was hired by Jam3 Toronto to create environmental concept art for their augmented reality app, East of the Rockies, which follows
the story of Yuki, a young Japanese-Canadian girl, and her family and friends as they live in Japanese internment camps
in Canada during WWII in the 1940s.
The story was written by Joy Kogawa, an internment camp survivor and acclaimed Canadian author.
