The Occupational Outlook is a public government publication by the Bureau of Labor Statistics on American Employment. This booklet mainly focuses on Diversity in the Labor Force with special pages on Racial diversity and Disability statistics.

To visualize the concept of diversity even more, I color-coded the different categories of labor in the booklet (Arts and Design, Architecture and Engineering, and Media and Communication) and its statistics. It also became multi-functional as I used it to divide blocks of text into a much more welcoming layout.
