When I first read this quote, it directly resonated with me, not just because of my recent personal experiences, it's also the image of the city that I grew up in.
Tripoli, Lebanon, is where I recall most of my vivid memories, about the city and its people embracing life after every fight that took place during the lengthy terrorizing dark nights.
I did this Calligraffiti in Tripoli, in the abandoned train station, to show that even the darkest places, can become an inspiration, an invitation for life, ideas and projects, with the right attitude and the right people.
I have done this project hoping it will encourage people to come discover the magical/historical/warm places in my hometown.
