AGILE DESIGN PRACTICE

This project involved interviewing over 50 new hires in their first two years with GM - the findings were then synthesized and major themes and pain points were identified. The SPRINT methodology was then applied, which is focused/accelerated project that utilizes research, rapid prototyping and user testing.
For this process, I taught empathy interviewing skills to a small team that collected over 50 user interviews. This information was synthesized to inform common narratives and pain points the actual SPRINT team would solve for. Our users were new hires at GM and it led us to the challenge below.
Overall results are GM confidential, but our challenge was to alleviate uncertainty in our new hire population by mapping their experiences and creating a more transparent and informed process from placement, development and growth.
