RUGBY MANRESA IDENTITY
Identidad visual creada para Rugby Manresa. Imagen creada para que aguante perfectamente el paso del tiempo gracias al trazo orgánico y sólido del trazo inspirado en la situación geográfica de Manresa, se incorpora el perfil de la montaña de Montserrat como icono de la Cataluña Central, símbolo de inspiración, magia y pasión. También se incorpora la imagen del balón tradicional de rugby y las 4 barras de la bandera Catalana.
El conjunto del logotipo se intenta alejar de los clásicos y tradicionales escudos históricos de los equipos de Rugby para que esta nueva imagen pueda soportar el paso del tiempo, se adapte a las reducciones de imagen y funcione en perfectamente a un solo color.
La tipografía utilizada es Skolar, aquí si que la tipografía hace un guiño renovado a los clubes de rugby históricos, una tipografía de texto robusta diseñada para abordar las necesidades de la tipografía seria, las letras de Skolar siguen proporciones convencionales que permiten una lectura cómoda. Mantiene credibilidad al tiempo que incorpora un estilo personal sutil.
Visual identity created for Rugby Manresa. Image created to stand perfectly the passage of time thanks to the organic and solid trace of the stroke inspired by the geographical situation of Manresa, the profile of the mountain of Montserrat is incorporated as an icon of Central Catalonia, a symbol of inspiration, magic and passion. The image of the traditional rugby ball and the 4 bars of the Catalan flag are also incorporated.
The whole logo is trying to move away from the classic and traditional historical shields of the Rugby teams so that this new image can stand the test of time, adapts to the image reductions and works perfectly in a single color.
The typography used is Skolar, here if the typography makes a renewed nod to the historic rugby clubs, a robust text typography designed to address the needs of serious typography, the letters of Skolar follow conventional proportions that allow a comfortable reading. It maintains credibility while incorporating a subtle personal style.
