After decades of the beloved interlocking BCP logo for the Brophy Baseball Team it was decided the team needed to move in a direction more "on brand." Initially the administration wished to move in the direction of using the Bronco logo on the hats and uniforms of the team, but after serious resistance from the team it was decided to move forward with the creation of a new letter driven logo to better fit the aesthetic of the sport. Traditionally baseball hats include a simple bold or interlocking initial representing the team. I sought to create a new "B" for Brophy Baseball that fit within this tradition, while also creating a unique and compelling letterform.
