The following projects were completed as part of a short course in Graphic Design at the Arts University Bournemouth (Dec 17):
Logo and Label Design
Brief was to design logos for a honey manufacturing company, with themes of natural, organic and luxury. Undertaken as part of coursework. Made in Adobe Illustrator.
Book Cover Design
Brief was to reinvent a new cover for an existing classic story. Author's photo and bio information were taken from an existing edition of the novel. Undertaken as part of coursework. Made in Adobe Illustrator.
Text Posters

Packaging Design
Brief was to design 3D packaging for chocolate. Made in Adobe Illustrator. Undertaken as part of coursework.
Own Design Brand
The final project for this course was to create our own design brand, looking at colour and pattern themes, logos and text.
Initial mood board. KJW Illustrations logo, petal-bee drawing and 'Hello's in different fonts are my own creations. All other images in the above collage have been taken from Google image search.
Developing the colour scheme into logo and pattern ideas in Photoshop.
Found a font that suited the logo text and experimented with ways of presenting the colours and text in Adobe Illustrator.
Final logo design.
Above and below are a sample business card front and back for my own design brand (for potential use in future). Created in InDesign. (Please note the Hypnaloon website does not exist as of yet).
