Biography

Hello, I am Stephanie, I come from China, Shandong Province which in the east of China. I will study Landscape Architecture next year. Green is my favorite color, I also like all kinds of plants, so I chose landscape architecture course and further study. In my design, the theme I designed was about the subject I was going to study. I designed a garden to provide people with recreation. The garden is a peaceful place in stark contrast to the plaza below, which is a very crowded and fast place, in contrast to a garden that is more like a place for self-cultivation which can improve public culture and art accomplishment as well as calm people's impetuous mood.

Design inspiration

In my final design I made reference to one of the world's most famous gardens, it is Majorelle Garden which is said to be called one of the most mysterious gardens of the 20th century. There are famous flowers from all over the world, a fountain in the door, an old building in the garden and a courtyard, nowadays turned into an inviting café. With reference to the design of this garden, I designed a garden for residents to relax in. So in my final design there is a garden gallery that regularly replaces the world's most famous flower, the fountain is designed to entertain children, and pedestrians can sit in the lounge and chat with friends. The place I designed was just like the Majorelle garden in a chaotic world of pure land.
