Information Architecture - FLUP

  Concept Brief
The concept of FLUP rose from a personal experience of feeling the necessity to find a petrol pump at situations when my vehicle ran out of fuel midway and at midnight.

Resolving to crude methods of gathering information by inquiring passer-byes or auto drivers or even driving around town hoping to find one open at odd hours; strongly struck the need for a dedicated smart app with comprehensive information for all vehicle owners.

FLUP comes up as a location based service which helps the user in reach his/her goal by locating, searching, navigating, identifying and checking information; all withing the context of the situation.

The purpose of this project was to focus on how the information is structured and made accessible for the user.
