Accomodating Growth: Planning with Nature for Community
To accommodate hypothetical 10% growth in population in the town of Concord, MA that is dominated by protected open space and already existing uses.

To locate additional housing required for growth within 0.25 miles of existing transit infrastructure and near schools. Locating houses near to amenities encourages more walkability in a suburban context, and thus allowing children to exercise, and creating a sense of community in the neighborhood through increased opportunities for interaction.
