Psychiatrist Dr. Oliver Thredson and psychologist Dr. Jude Martin take up a job in a mental asylum. They find 2 volunteers into this experiment and it is an attempt to investigate the psychological effects of human brain. Until two of student Anthony and Jennifer discover that the "revolutionary" new treatments are inhumane and there is more going on than meets the eye. Anthony and Jennifer are looking for the "evidences" that will prove the truth about this evil experiment.
The initial game board consists of four square tiles and 2 or 4 players start with character cards. Each character starts in the corner of the room separately and starts with a hand of one dice in turns. The survivor must navigate through passageways and find “6 evidences” out from different mysterious and complex rooms. Every step must go according to player’s own plan. There is no room for errors, and one mistake can get you caught for the rest of your life. Once the doctor or nurse catches you, you lose the game. But you can deceive them by using an escape piece and running away from being caught.

There’s a way out of each seemingly impossible angle. It’s up to you and your team of 1–2 players to find 6 evidences. Work together to escape the death.
