THE PROBLEM: Research concluded that data provided by engineers and even the sales team were too wordy or mathematically complex for target users to digest. The user experience of the product features was too dry and hard to quickly understand. The human & emotional element associated with the positive outcome of a life-saving device was missing, which was harming Service Design efforts.

The information architecture of the product's features was disorganized and a logical site flow was difficult to organize, so we created a new hierarchy.
