Mantra D'almaThe transformation of one soul

Mantra D'alma changed my conception and ideas about a Design project.
It is an autoral folder about my life, my beliefs and my thoughts about family, truth and virtues.

Everything in it is connected to the concept of "self improvement" and "family root". The name itself is the junction of the words: Mantra, a indian prayer, based in the repetition of words to create the power of transformation, and D'alma, wich basically means "of soul".
What is life afterall if not the transformation of one soul?
The cover is a handmade lettering, drawn with a nanquim pen 0.05.
The color was applied by the overlay of two fabrics, one tradicionally korean and another old german style.
The concept of "right" and "left" represents the union of my two families, my mother's korean right side and my father's german/french left side.
You actually read the project by turning the pages down. This creates an immersion feel in the project, as it helps the reading order, and reflects the concepts of "origin" or "root"
